Roya Elmantaser

Ms. Roya Elmuntaser’s professional experience has focused on peace building, humanitarian relief, women’s empowerment, and indigenous rights. With Pragma, she serves as the Office Director in Tripoli, supporting personnel, financial, legal, administrative, and general operations related to project activities aimed at strengthening the fiscal foundation and reunification of Libya and ensuring that the country can reliably deliver the essential public services people need. Ms. Elmuntaser previously was the Operations Officer of the Interpeace Organization’s Libya Program. She has academic degrees in accounting, economics, and political science from Tripoli University.
